Duties
I.
Preaching
Shall
prepare
and
deliver
Sunday
morning
and
evening
sermons
each
week
II.
Teaching
Shall
teach
a
Sunday
School
and/or
Wednesday
night
Bible
class
III.
Evangelism
Shall
work
individually
and
with
congregational
groups
to
bring
the
lost
and
erring
to
Christ
IV.
Congregational
Edification
&
Service
A.
Shall
listen
to,
encourage,
comfort
and
counsel
members
of
the
congregation
B.
Shall
visit
in
homes,
hospitals,
nursing
homes
and
institutions
as
appropriate
C.
Shall
conduct
weddings
and
funerals
when
requested
D.
Shall
exhibit
a
positive
attitude
V.
Community
Involvement
A.
Shall
be
visible
in
the
community
B.
Shall
represent
the
congregation
in
community
activities
VI.
Administrative
Functions
Shall
supervise
the
day
to
day
work
of
the
Church
office
staff
VII.
Other
Shall
carry
out
other
duties
as
assigned
by
the
Elders

Bible

Elders

communicate

the
Elders

function
as
a
member
of
the
congregation
in
voluntary
tasks
and
assignments

present

appropriate
attire
and
groomed
appropriately

be
accountable
in
scheduling,
time
management
and
assigned
record
keeping

for
physical
