Our congregation is one collective body that is made up of many parts, just like Paul describes the church in 1 Corinthians 12. While our members make up the majority of our body, our congregation also has several different groups that help to organize and lead the church. The eldership, comprised of men who meet the qualifications of elders in 1 Timothy 3 and Titus 1, are the shepherds and spiritual leaders of our congregation. The deacons made up of qualified men according to 1 Timothy 3, work and serve in the various ministries carried out by our congregation. The ministers work to evangelize, encourage, and support the goals of our congregation set by our eldership, and our office staff assists with the many day-to-day jobs that are required for our congregation to run smoothly. It’s nice to meet you!
