Congratulations to our four seniors! Graduating high school is a landmark event that signifies the end of one stage of life and begins another. Life is a series of landmark events that each individual chooses for themselves. It should be every parent’s prayer that their child would include God in these landmark events, by living a faithful life and praying to the Father to help lead and guided them down the right path. We as a congregation should be in prayer for these young people as well and should be a source of support to them as they find their path in life.
Jesus told us in Matthew 7:13-14; “Enter by the narrow gate; for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and there are many who go in by it. Because narrow is the gate and difficult is the way which leads to life, and there are few who find it.” So, I pray that these young people make the first right choice and that is to pick the narrow way of following the Lord, and He will help guide them in the other choices they have to make in life. God is good and faithful and He promised to never leave the His faithful children.
